1. Introduction

Welcome to Parisa Beach Resort. By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be confirmed with full or partial advance payment as specified during the reservation process.
  • The remaining balance must be settled in full at the time of check-in.
  • The booking amount is non-transferable to another person or date unless approved by the management.
  • Prices are exclusive of applicable GST and other taxes, which will be charged as per government regulations.
  • Accepted Payment Methods
    – UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
    – Cash (INR)
    – Online bank transfer

    Please Note : Credit card payments are not accepted at any stage of the transaction.

3. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: 12:00 PM
  • Check-out: 10:00 AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund of the advance payment.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date.
  • Refunds may be considered in case of medical emergencies, subject to verification.
  • If guests check out early, the full payment for the booked stay must still be made.

5. No Mobile Network Connectivity

  • Please be informed that there is no mobile network coverage of any service provider in Bhogwe village or at Parisa Beach Resort.
    Guests are advised that we provide fibre optic broadband Wi-Fi internet within the resort premises for your convenience.
  • Any booking cancellations made after arrival due to the unavailability of mobile network will not be eligible for refund. All guests are requested to kindly take note of this policy and plan their stay accordingly.

6. Resort Rules & Regulations

  • Guests must carry a valid government-issued ID for check-in.
  • Smoking and consumption of illegal substances are strictly prohibited within the resort premises.
  • Any damage to property caused by guests will be charged accordingly.
  • The resort reserves the right to deny accommodation or ask guests to leave in case of inappropriate behavior.
  • Outside food and beverages are strictly not allowed in the resort premises.

7. Pets Policy

  • Pets are not allowed

8. Liability & Disclaimer

  • The resort is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
  • Guests are advised to take necessary precautions while using resort facilities, including swimming and adventure activities.
  • The resort shall not be liable for any accidents, injuries, or natural calamities occurring during the stay.

9. Privacy Policy

  • All personal data collected during bookings is handled as per our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

10. Amendments to Terms

  • Parisa Beach Resort reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
