Cancellation Policies

1. Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund of the advance payment.

2. No Refund: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date.

3. Medical Emergencies: In case of a medical emergency, a refund may be issued after verification of the reason.

4. Early Check-Out: If a guest checks out before the scheduled check-out date, the full payment for the entire booked stay must be made.
