Cancellation Policies

1. Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund of the advance payment.

2. No Refund: No refunds will be initiated for any cancellation made within 7 days of the scheduled check-in date under any circumstances, including medical emergencies, natural calamities, travel delays, personal reasons, or any other cause.

3. Early Check-Out: If a guest checks out before the scheduled check-out date, the full payment for the entire booked stay must be made.
